- Respect company policies and other users of the platform.
Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content
NewLane Brokers includes features where agents may post content, photos, and messages (including the Social Feed and Chat). By using these features you agree that:
- There is zero tolerance for objectionable, offensive, illegal, or abusive content.
- There is zero tolerance for abusive users, harassment, or threats.
- You will not post spam, misleading information, or content that violates the rights of others.
- You may report (flag) inappropriate content and block abusive users in the app.
- NewLane reviews reports promptly (within 24 hours) and will remove violating content and/or suspend or ban offending accounts.
New Lane reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Features, services, and app content may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
